1989 American Silver Eagle Photo-Certified Coin Institute PCI RARE Holder

A rare find PCI Photo Certified Coin Institute holder containing a 1989 American Silver Eagle. 999 fine Silver 1 OZ with a bit of rim toning. PLEASE note : there is a small chip at the bottom of the holder.

Its not broken or open it is just the edge of the plastic. Just noticed it upon taking these photos.
