This coin was received by ICG in a sealed monster box with one of the correct serial numbers indicating it was struck in Philadelphia. The obverse of the coin depicts Adolph A. Weinman's full-length figure of Liberty in stride, enveloped in folds of the flag, with her right hand extended and branches of laurel and oak in her left.
