This First Day of Issue Congratulations Set American Silver Eagle Proof coin is beautiful and graded a perfect PR70DCAM by PCGS. This Silver Eagle will likely have one of the lowest mintages in American Silver Eagle history. The obverse of the coin depicts Adolph A. Weinman's full-length figure of Liberty in stride, enveloped in folds of the flag, with her right hand extended and branches of laurel and oak in her left.
