Hand signed by Cooperstown Baseball Hall of Famer HOF Jim Palmer who was inducted in 1990. To keep up with demand, the US Mint had to keep production going and had 500,000 of these made at the Philadelphia Mint. There are no physical mint marks on the coin, however, the grading companies can confirm where they were minted when a sealed box is submitted.
